Signori & Villa, metalworking excellence in LugoSince 1955, Signori & Villa has been working and transforming metals for industrial and agricultural companies. The service covers the entire component journey, from design to delivery of the finished part. At the plant in Lugo, in the province of Ravenna, we produce hydraulic cylinders, metal carpentry structures, stainless steel fittings for oenology and parts obtained with cold forging. We work with specialized personnel and with a constantly updated fleet of machines.
Ours is the story of a small artisan reality that, step by step, has become an industrial structure with more than 30 employees and a production area of about 3,000 m². The way of working has remained the same. We listen to the customer, we understand how the component will be used and we manufacture it with precision, offering concrete technical support at every stage of the order.

From the drawing to the finished piece
Solutions for complex industrial projectsOver the years we have built an organization capable of managing both simple productions and complex orders, with constant quality and full compliance with technical specifications. At the Lugo plant, we follow all the phases: design, cutting and modeling of sheet metal, turning, welding, assembly and surface finishing.
Keeping the entire production cycle under one roof brings three advantages: fewer external steps, more predictable times and direct control over each process, from the design to the final verification of the part.
Design and development of components
Each component stems from a direct comparison with the customer. We analyze the required functions, materials and operating conditions. In this way, we prevent technical issues, define the most suitable geometries and optimize production times and costs.
Metal carpentry work
We perform laser cutting, bending, certified welding and assembly of metal structures of various sizes. Dedicated systems and a qualified team guarantee uniformity, precise couplings and resistant joints, essential requirements for products intended for continuous use.
Metal stamping with advanced machinery
Mechanical and hydraulic presses, automated systems and control systems ensure repeatability even on large series. The process includes the preparation of the molds, the choice of materials and the verification of dimensional tolerances, both on simple shapes and on complex geometries.
Control and verification of processes
Each phase is subject to visual and instrumental checks: dimensional checks, functional tests and comparison with customer specifications. We pay particular attention to the durability of the component under the intended conditions of use.
Production of custom-made hydraulic cylinders
Design, machining and assembly are integrated into a single process. We use materials suitable for operating pressures, selected seals, accurate surface treatments and precise tolerances, because the cylinders must work under continuous stress.
Applications and sectors of use
Our components are used in industrial and agricultural machines and plants, automated lines and lifting systems. Dimensions, thrust forces and fastening systems are customized according to the application.
