From artisan origins to a modern industry

Our Story

Signori & Villa Srl was founded in 1955, but its roots lie in an artisan tradition that began as early as 1946. What used to be a workshop has grown over time to become a solid and modern industrial structure. Today the company combines the attention to detail typical of craftsmanship with efficiency, advanced technologies and the vision of a structured company.

Today we operate in a plant of about 3,000 m² in Lugo, in the province of Ravenna, with a workforce that varies between 20 and 40 people. It is a concrete sign of the growth achieved in terms of productive and organizational capacity.

The ATECO code 28.29.99 identifies our specialization: the manufacture of mechanical and hydraulic components for machines in general.

Our evolution and the fleet

Signori & Villa's journey is one of continuous growth. From simple metal processing, we have arrived at an integrated offer that includes turning, milling, welding, stamping and custom-made carpentry. To this are added complex components such as hydraulic cylinders and, in a highly specialized field, stainless steel fittings for oenological systems.

Over time, we have developed transversal skills and a structure capable of responding to different needs in terms of complexity and volumes. CNC lathes, CNC bending machines, laser cutting systems, robotic welding and mechanical and hydraulic presses allow us to work with precision, always focusing on quality and customization.

Development and internal processing

Our Commitment

Internal processes include laser sheet metal cutting, bending, welding with certified systems and construction of metal structures of varying complexity. Thanks to 3D design programs, we develop components starting from technical drawings or from simple customer indications. Geometric precision and accurate controls accompany the entire production cycle.

In 2024, we recorded a turnover of around 3,000,000€ and a positive net profit, confirming our economic and financial strength. The staff, decades of experience and a qualified internal organization allow us to manage orders, customized projects and supplies even on a medium-large scale, without sacrificing attention to detail.

Vision

Digital warehouse transition

We have invested in the digital transition of the Signori & Villa Srl warehouse. The project involves the purchase of two vertical warehouses that replace about a third of the traditional shelving warehouse.

The goal is to introduce the most modern digital technologies to make internal production and business processes more efficient, while reducing the environmental and social impacts of our productions.
